Free Expert Assembly on All Bikes
Nice looking wooden crate, but it arrived with a few chips in the finish and has progressively gotten worse with minimal cargo.

The 'factory deal' rear crate that you opted for was heavily discounted because they have cosmetic imperfections as noted on the product page. It is purely a cosmetic imperfection and does not impact the perforamnce of the crate. -Ryan Zagata

I recently purchased the Brighton 7-speed cruiser online. The process was smooth and the local bike shop they sent it to was great. They called me as soon as it was ready and when I picked it up they helped me load it onto the bike rack on my car (they also showed me how to place the rack properly as I had it on wrong!). I love the bike. It looks awesome, is well made and the ride is really comfortable. Currently I just ride through my neighborhood but looking forward to taking it on some bike paths around town.
