I recently purchased the Lorimer as a graduation gift for my daughter who lives in Brooklyn. I live in Bristol, TN, am not a biker and didn't know where to start when looking for a bike. They were familiar with the area where my daughter would be riding and asked questions about her height, weight, and inseam to help guide me to the right bike. They recommended the Lorimer; it is a perfect fit and bike for her. They sent it to a bike shop in her neighborhood for assembly and the entire process was seamless. I love my Brooklyn Roebling bicycle, and bought the bottle cage the same time. The cage is nice looking on the bike, is lightweight, and definitely does its job. However, so far, every bottle that I've put in it just barely fits. It's tight to the point where it scrapes painted logos off the bottle. Maybe this needs to be manually stretched out, but that's been my experience so far.

There are so many water bottles on the market now and unfortunately many are not specific to bikes. This bike was exactly what I was looking for , a simple vintage styled bike. It rides well, the shipping process was smooth, couldn’t be happier. I added a brass bell and some canvas saddlebags, get compliments all the time on it.
