Radio coffee shop (@radiocoffeeandbeer) is Rachel's favorite place to grab a cup of much-needed coffee (or beer). It's also a bar with live music, outdoor movies, and trivia nights.
The Barton Creek Greenbelt is a great place to stay cool in Austin's oppressive heat. Dog friendly, great trails, and free admission make this a must-see in the city.
Flower Child is one of the only places in Austin to get strictly health food according to Rachel. She suggests ordering the "Mother Earth."
Rachel's favorite wine bar in Austin, House Wine has an outdoor patio and a cheese plate that "is what dreams are made of." With a wine list that's always changing and live music every night, it's a guaranteed good time.

"When the weather is nice in the fall and spring time, you can find me here pretty much every weekend. It's my favorite spot to sit and read a book by myself or have a picnic with friends. Austinites bring their dogs to play, and if you're lucky, one will come sniffing up to you and let you pet them. It's the peak of my day! I wish every city had a park like Zilker.

Like tacos, food trucks are an intrinsic part of the fabric of Austin cuisine, and Paperboy is one of the best. Rachel suggests the Sweet Potato Hash.
"If you're looking for a bar away from all the crowds and lack of free parking downtown, you have to check out Gibson Street Bar. It has a chill vibe with a friendly staff, and they almost always have some kind of special going on. I love coming here for trivia nights every Tuesday!"
East Austin Succulents is a great place for all of your greenery needs.
The grapefruit jalapeno margarita at Hillside Farmacy is enough of a sell, but the brunch is what keeps people coming back for more.
Don't go to Austin without visiting Auditorium Shores! It has the best view of the city skyline and is the perfect place for a bike ride.
